Gradient Hearts

Hi Dolls:) Can you believe it is February already!!!! So my first few posts this month will be all about Valentines Day. For my first mani, I just had to use classic V-day colors:)  Zoya Rooney a bright bubblegum pink and Zoya Hannah a bright cherry red, seemed perfect to me!!!  I did a simple gradient on my ring and pinky fingers with some free handed hearts in white. I did a plain white creme base on my pointer and middle finger with freehand hearts in Rooney and Hannah.

Classic Colors and hearts are perfectly festive for V-day. I do think this mani was either missing something or has too much of something, I just can't seem to put my finger on it! I debated on whether or not to even post this mani because I didn't love it. But right or wrong not all mani ideas turn out the way we want them to!!!

Fun Floral

Hi Dolls:) Well Summer has officially started, especially here in the south! I am always super busy this time of year, but I wouldn't have it any other way!!!! Today I have a fun floral summer mani to share with you:) I used 6 China Glaze polishes for this look, Too Yacht Too Handle, I'd Melt for You, Daisy Know My Name, Dashboard Dreamer, Lip Smackin' Good and Let's Jam. I also used a black and white creme for accents   For my accent nail I free handed flowers using the watercolor method of diluting the colors with acetone:)

I would say this was a pretty easy mani to do, as far as skill, but it was time consuming:) Now I am off to pack for our family vaca, but loves to you all!!!

Freehand Flower

Happy Friday Dolls! For today's mani I decided to do a little bit of freehand nail art. I used China Glaze Bite Me as my main color and painted my 2 accent nails in Sinful Colors White on White. I added a few quick black dots to my middle finger:) For my ring finger I used China Glaze Bite Me, None of Your Risky Business, Pool Party, and That's Shore Bright to do an impressionist style of flower and added some black dots to highlight the center :)

This kind of freehand art is so easy, there are no straight lines and no way to really mess it up:) and it looks fantastic:) Hope you all have a wonderful relaxing weekend!!!!

A Little Art Deco

Hey Dolls:) I was perusing Pinterest the other week looking for nail art ideas, and of course I have a nail art board. I was looking at some of the ideas I pinned years ago and I stumbled upon this mani by SoNailicious, and thought I would give it a try!  I used Zoya Chantal, Lillian, Sia and Essie Good as Gold. I am really happy with the way this mani turned out:)

Looking at the pics now I definitely still need some practice with my line work but overall it's not bad:)  I love the art deco feel of this mani, and one benefit of looking at old pins is it gave me lots of inspiration:)

Love Mani's

Hey Dolls!!!! Now I know that Valentine's Day was a week ago, but I still wanted to show off the two mani's I did to celebrate:) I had planned on posting this on Valentine's Day but was struck down with a cold, followed by the horrific rampage of the stomach flu through my house:( we are finally on the mend!!!!
So for this first mani I used 2 Different Dimension polishes!!!! The darker Pink is Lucky and the bubblegum Pink is Ditz:) I did some freehand hearts and done!!!! I loved this mani!!!!

For this mani I used Salon Perfect Paint the town Red:) I did negative space heart on my accent nail and a nice coat of SV and done!!!

Both of these mani's were super easy, cute and festive!!! Just the way I like them!!!
