Zoya Naturel 3

Hi Dolls:) I know have been away for a while, so a quick update on what is going on with me... Well the holidays are always hectic at my house; trying to get everything done, presents wrapped, goodies baked and a houseful of family. Right after Christmas I had surgery on my right foot and have been laid up on the couch for the past 2 weeks!!! Good news is I get my stitches out Wednesday and I have no more pain in my foot!!! I am trying to get back into my groove of painting and posting and hopefully I will get there soon!!!  But for now I have the newest transitional collection from Zoya, Naturel 3:)

*press sample*

First up is Gina, a medium chocolate brown that is just slightly dusty! Like those perfect brownies that you can't say no to, Gina is perfect but no risk of breaking that resolution to eat healthier!

Debbie, is a plum brown creme:) This is one of those colors that you think is one color until you see it in direct light and realize it is a totally different color... like those boots that are totally black in your closet but turn out to be a really dark brown as soon as you step outside!

Mary, is a medium raisin creme! This beauty is a lighter version of Debbie:) Not quite brown, but now quite plum... a perfect in-between!!!

Jill, a light mauve creme that is just slightly rosy. Jill did funny things to my skin tone and even though you can't see it in the pics, it made my hands red. Jill is very traditional and makes me think of Downton Abbey for some reason.

Cathy is described as a light pinky nude creme, and in the bottle this statement is as true as they come. However when I put Cathy on I could really see the yellow/beige undertone:( This looks awful on me and I don't mind saying so!

Tatum, is a beige nude creme. This beauty is neutral and warm and just a little lighter than nude. A great palette cleanser polish, you know that color you wear that still looks polished without being distracting!

This collection also has 3 coordinating lipsticks!!!! Maxwell is a deep plum with a slight fuchsia fleck and a matte finish! Paisley is a nice blush color that is slightly sheer with a classic cream finish.  Cameron is a slightly beige leaning nude with a classic cream finish:)
I love the idea of this whole collection! Like all neutrals, some will just not work for you and some will work perfectly!!! And now would be a great time to grab a few from this collection. Zoya is running a great promo right now, ANY 4 Lipsticks or Polishes for FREE with a $15 S&P charge or absolutely free with any $30 purchase!!!!  Like I said a great time to grab a few!!!

China Glaze Rebel Part 2

Alright Dolls:) Are you ready for Part 2 of China Glaze Fall 2016 Rebel Collection???? Well here it is and it is beautiful!!! Sorry about the delay... My internet went down last night and just came back up:(
*press sample*
Ya'll Red-y for This? is a bright cherry red shimmer! She is a true and classic beauty perfect for fall. Her shimmer is an understated silver that just gives her that extra umph:) Here is 2 coats no top coat.

Heroine Chic is a brownish gunmetal gray that is jam packed with a dramatic red shimmer! She is definitely a unique beauty. She is the hardest polish to describe in this collection! Here is 2 coats with no topcoat!

Purple Fiction is a bright medium purple shimmer with slight lean toward pinkish/red.  She is spectacular and now you can totally see why purple is a royal color! Here is 2 coats with no topcoat!

Teen Spirit is an inky blue-black jelly type base with flecks of blue and purple shimmers!  He is tall, dark and mysterious:) I just love the depth of this polish!  Here is 2 coats with no topcoat.

Blue-Ya is a deep blue jelly base with blue and teal flaky micro shimmers. He is gorgeous and a total 10!!! The same captivating depth as Teen Spirit, just not as dark:) Here is 2 coats with no topcoat!

Holo at Ya Girl! is a menagerie of gold, silver and green glitter in a clear base.  She was the most disappointing in this collection, not because she isn't beautiful but because she isn't HOLO:( she is rather shiny though:) Here is 3 coats with no top coat.

So that is the end of the Rebel collection:) You can grab yours now at Sally's or Ulta for around $8 per color:) My favs from this collection are Pearl Jammin', Combat Blue-ts, Purple Fiction, and Teen Spirit:) The teenage me is in heaven right now and the adult me is pretty happy too!!!!

Gradient Cheetah

Hey Dolls!!!! A quick fun wild mani for you today:) I did a easy 3 color gradient using China Glaze Sorry I'm Latte, Zoya Nyssa, Sinful Colors Black on Black. I then stamped the cheetah design using BM 221 plate and my clear stamper (link) in black. I followed it up with a quick coat of SV!

I grabbed the idea for this mani off of pinterest ages ago... I can't even find the pin for it now:( I like it even more now... the stamping fading into the gradient just does something for me!

China Glaze The Great Outdoors Swatches and Review

Happy Wednesday Dolls! I hope you all had a fabulous long weekend:) The past week had been CRAZY here!!! We are getting back into the school routine at my house and my little princess has had 4 teeth coming in so she has been a hot cranky mess!!!! To top it all off I accidentally deleted all my swatches for this post and had to redo them:( Anyway on to the good stuff!!!! I have 12 new polishes for you!!!! China Glaze is on the move again, this time to The Great Outdoors:) I love the outdoors especially in the Fall!!!! I don't really like camping (BUGS) but I do like bonfires and s'mores!!!!
*press sample*
Change your Altitude is a pebble greige creme that is gorgeous!!!! This color is just like a cloudy fall sky!!!! I like how refreshing and clean this polish looks:)

Take a Hike is a rich mossy green creme!!!! This color has a slight dusty teal undertone to it, but this makes it different than other dark greens I have:) Almost like a blue spruce!!!

Free Bear Hugs is a deep black red creme!!!! This polish is so vampy, I love it!!!!! It looks black unless it is under direct light:) Fair warning though, I did get some moderate staining especially on my skin during clean up and removal, best thing to combat this is a good base coat and moisturize!!!!

My Lodge or Yours? is a beautiful neutral mauve creme!!!! This polish has a bit of a purple undertone to it which makes it different than other mauves I have!!! This doesn't look that great with my skintone but I Love the color anyway!!!!

S'more Fun is an adventurous lemon lime creme!!!! It is bright and sunshiny and gorgeous!!! This is the only polish to me in this collection that looks a little out of place....  I don't get the name either but that's just me!!!!

Sleeping Under the Stars, is a dark blue beauty with a stardust pink shimmer!!!! This color is so unique, and beautiful:) The shimmer is really visible on the nail which is rare for a polish this dark that is not holo!!! I Love it:)

Check out the Silver Fox, is a metallic gunmetal gray:) This is 1 of the 2 metallics in this collection and it is stunning!!!! The shine from this beauty in the sun is take your breath away gorgeous!!!!

Cabin Fever is the perfect pink to copper duo chrome!!!The thing that impressed me the most about was the coverage that this beauty offers!!!! Most every duo chrome polish that I have is sheer and needs a ton of coats!!! Not to mention the color shift is so strong!!!!

Gone Glamping is a gold to green duo chrome:) This polish is beautiful in theory and in the bottle but it just doesn't translate onto the nail:( The color shift is there but not very strong and the pigmentation is slightly sheer.

Pondering is a blurple to green duo chrome!!!! This is the polish that surprised me, I thought with the dark base of this beauty the color shift would be weak, I was wrong:) The color shift of this polish is on par with Cabin Fever and sooo beautiful!!!

Wood you Wanna? is a rich brown burgundy metallic!!!! This is the 2nd metallic in this collection and a bit subdued compared to the first:) I will say that this is unique among the browns that I have and the metallic microflakes almost make this polish look textured but it is super smooth!!!!

Let's Dew It is the final instalment of this collection!!!! A multi dimensional blue gray glitter that is soooo pretty:) I can't even describe the beauty that is this polish, the pics really don't do it justice!!!!

All swatches are 2 coats besides Gone Glamping and Let's Dew It which both took 3 coats! Let's Dew it also had an additional coat of Gelous to smooth it out:) The formula for all the polishes was superb and not super thin or thick!!!! I love the idea behind this trend of collections that China Glaze is doing!!!! and I can't wait to see what the Halloween and Christmas will look like:)
