Terrific Texture!

Hi Dolls:) I hope you all had a fabulous Memorial Day Weekend!!! I know I did:) So tonight I have a couple of the new China Glaze Texture Polishes for your Viewing pleasure!!! Now recently I have jumped on the Texture polish band wagon and these beauties don't disappoint:)

Some of the products in this post were sent to me for review. I was not paid for my review of this product and all opinions are my own

First up is Unrefined, this bubblegum pink beauty is gorgeous:)  In the bottle She has a slight purplish hue but that disappears completely on the nail:) I used two coats here to get complete coverage with no topcoat.

Next up is In the Rough, this pistachio green is perfect.  This color just glows even though it is matte:)  2 coats were again used here and the formula was great!!!  The dry time was super quick on the first coat, the second coat was a different story altogether it took almost 3 times the amount of time it took the first coat:( but totally worth the wait!!

Finally is Itty, Bitty & Gritty:) This is my absolute Fav color of the collection!!! I Love it so much I wish I had it in non-texture. This is a bright red/pink/coral beauty:) The formula was perfect again and 2 coats needed.

So are you on the Texture Polish bandwagon yet??? If not grab one of these beauties and give it a try, you won't be disappointed:)The texture of all of these polishes is reminiscent of a medium grit nail file. Completely matte with no sparkle and Completely Gorgeous!!!!

My Rack, for Polish of course:)

Happy Sunday Dolls!!! I have a different type of post for you today:) So one of the first questions I get asked after I tell people that I have over 400 nail polishes (and they get over the initial disbelief and the why question) is how in the world do I store them.  Well my fabulous hubby had a huge polish rack made for my graduation in December:) However I soon ran into a problem:( I have a ton of mini polishes and they were slowly taking over the top of my polish desk!!! Well low and behold the Lovely Cara and Dan over at Fox Claws had just what I was looking for!!!!

I present to you the PEARL RACK!!!

This beauty is about a foot wide, and slightly taller and only 1 1/2 deep:) But the best part is it holds 48 mini's!!! Not to even mention the exceptional craftsmanship!!! Just looking at the way this rack is built, you can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design!!! Totally Impressed!!!

I can definitely say this beats the heck out of plundering through a packed drawer or table looking for a polish (not to mention knocking over half of them just to get the one you want).  Now for the details you really want, This beauty is only $23 +shipping!!!  Fox Claws also offers an array of other Racks to suit your polish organizational needs!!! I know the next one I'm getting is a Penny Stand!!! Don't forgot to show them some Love on FB and be sure to check out their Shop!!!

Sunday Funday

Hiya dolls!!!  Sorry for the absence I have been under the weather:( and I have a 5yr old graduating Pre-School this week!!  This same 5yr old has also come down with a nasty stomach bug, so tonight's post will be short and sweet:(  I did this mani a couple of weeks ago right after I cut down my nails:( I hate them this short!!!  I used 2 Coats of Sunday Funday from the China Glaze Avant Garden Collection:) I love this creamy sky blue, it practically paints itself the formula is so great:) I added some simple dotted accents on the tips with Color Club Blue Heaven and ta-da!!!

Love, Love, Love this combo!!! Happy Weekend Dolls!!!!

Irresistible by Zoya it's Foil-tastic!!!

Some of the products in this post were sent to me for review. I was not paid for my review of this product and all opinions are my own.

Happy Wednesday!!! So tonight I get the pleasure of showing you the fabulous Irresistible Collection by Zoya. This collection is full of beautiful metallic foil polishes:) and If you are a fan of large glass flecks this is the Collection for you!!!

First up is Hazel, this dusty blue foil is so pretty!!! She is packed full of large blue and golden glass flakes in a metallic base. She was perfect in 2 coats, and the formula on all of these polishes is slightly thicker than a regular crème color.

Next up is Rikki.  She is a deep sage green foil, and a ton of depth.  The gold and brown glass flecks make this polish. I have noticed more and more green polishes popping up, but this one is by my favorite. I Love the fact that it is not "in your face" but definitely eye catching.  2 coats are all that is needed.

Bobbi, a bright magenta foil.  Bobbi is the one I was most excited about in this collection. I mean really who doesn't love a red hot pink polish:)  What surprised me most about her is that she has both silver and gold glass flecks, not to mention the purple and red flecks too:) is super pigmented too, and I could have probably got away with 1 coat but I did 2 anyway:)

Tinsley is a rose gold beauty:) She is a light pink base with a ton of gold glass flecks, and also a slight purple tint in certain lights.  She is very reminiscent of Daul from the Zoya Diva Collection Fall 2012.  Such a beautiful color, 3 thin coats are needed for this for full coverage.

Amy is about a vibrant as you can get!!! She is extreme:) I love how bright this polish is, it is full of red, gold and orange glass flecks. Amy is probably my favorite of this collection, and 2 coats of this are all that is needed!!!

Kerry is gold foil perfection. She just shines on your fingertips like little gold stars!!!  Although gold polish is a staple in every nail polish enthusiast collection this one is unlike any that I own. Kerry definitely leans more yellow than any of the other gold polishes I have. Again only 2 coats needed.

I so LOVE this whole collection!!! My favs are Amy, Bobbi and Kerry!!! You can grab the whole collection here for $48 or each polish for $8:)  Happy Hump Day:)

Zoya Stunning... Perfect Spring Nails

Some of the products in this post were sent to me for review. I was not paid for my review of this product and all opinions are my own.

Happy Sunday Dolls!!!! So on this unseasonably cold and cloudy Spring day I needed some bright Spring-like colors to lift my mood. And considering I have been in quite a funk lately:( some bright nails might just lift my spirits!!!  I have for your viewing please the fabulous Stunning Collection by Zoya!!!

I decided to start out with the cool shades beginning with Josie:) She is a classic medium green, no shimmer just pure creme goodness!!! This polish reminds me of fresh cut grass or tiny spring leaves, it screams springtime!!! The formula is perfect, 2 coats for complete coverage and done!!!

Next up is Rocky. He is a dusty/smoky sky blue that is absolutely gorgeous!!!  I am becoming slightly addicted to blues like this, almost like a cloudless spring sky.  The perfect Zoya formula again and only 2 coats needed.

Yana is up next:) She is a bright rich pink that leans more blue than red giving it a cool tone that is a great addition to any pink lovers arsenal:) It really is the perfect summer pedi shade!!!  This shade actually matches a rose bush I have exactly!!!  The Zoya formula was again 2 coats of perfect!!!

On to the warmer tones of this collection:) I am always a bit apprehensive of warm toned polish. I have a red undertone to my skin and always feel that the warmer tone will make me look redder or yellow which is worse:/ But much to my surprise I didn't have that problem at all with this collection:)

First up is Micky, she a great bright classic pink. This polish has a slight silver shimmer to it, but to see it you have to get the angle just right:)  The formula with her was a little bit thinner than the others in this collection, but 3 thin coats gave complete coverage:)

Next up is Thandie! She is a gorgeous tangerine dream colored polish:) Now let me tell you I have not been a big fan of orange polish in the past but I can tell you Zoya is changing my mind!!! She also has a slight silver shimmer:) Back to the perfect Zoya formula with this one only 2 coats needed!!!

And I have saved the best for last!!! Darcy, is a super bright yellow cream! This polish is my absolute favorite from this collection!!! I walked around for 3 days with Sunshine on my fingertips!!! I am always super weary about yellows, as being super pale skinned they normal wash me out and make me look sickly:( But no worries with Darcy as she brightened me up and even gave inspiration to buy a yellow dress to match:) The formula was like that of most yellows, thin and streaky:( But never fear with polishes such as this it is always best to go with thin coats!!! 3 coats were needed here!!!

So which of these polishes are a must have???  If I had to pick just one I couldn't, I Love them all!!! So for those like me you can get the whole collection here for $48 or each polish for $8:)  this week the Irresistible Collection, stay tuned:)
