X's and O's

Hi Dolls!!! So for today's nails I did another Valentine's mani:) I went a little nontraditional with this. I used a black base with Hits Mari Moon Multigirl Dreamer on top! This polish is a gorgeous blue to red multichrome! I freehanded on X's and O's in silver for that V-day love:)

Easy peasy, Hugs and Kisses!!! Simple but festive, and that color shift is WOW!!!!

Gradient Hearts

Hi Dolls:) Can you believe it is February already!!!! So my first few posts this month will be all about Valentines Day. For my first mani, I just had to use classic V-day colors:)  Zoya Rooney a bright bubblegum pink and Zoya Hannah a bright cherry red, seemed perfect to me!!!  I did a simple gradient on my ring and pinky fingers with some free handed hearts in white. I did a plain white creme base on my pointer and middle finger with freehand hearts in Rooney and Hannah.

Classic Colors and hearts are perfectly festive for V-day. I do think this mani was either missing something or has too much of something, I just can't seem to put my finger on it! I debated on whether or not to even post this mani because I didn't love it. But right or wrong not all mani ideas turn out the way we want them to!!!

Red Gradient and Gold Stamping

Hi Dolls:) So today I have a festive Fall mani for you, even though Fall is almost over:(  For this mani I used a base of Zoya Janel and did an added gradient of Courtney. I then stamped on a feather design using Essie Good as Gold and Ejiubas Plate EJB-01.

Lately I have become a bit wary of full nail stamping on all nails, mostly because I generally think less is more. Also it seems that nail trends are changing as I am seeing less and less full-on Nail Art mani's. But at the same time I think that trends are a waste and you should do whatever you want on your nails!!!!

Zoya Urban Grunge Metallic Holos

So a couple of days ago I showed you the Zoya Urban Grunge 1 coat creams:) Well today I have the second part of Urban Grunge, the METALLIC HOLOS!!!! This collection reminds me so much of the Ornate collection from winter 2012. This collection is glamorous, rich and perfect for fall!!
*press sample*
Alicia is a silver scattered linear holo with just a hint of gold! I like the term Scattered Linear for this polish because it is a blend of both:) She is so beautiful and shiny and doesn't need direct light to truly sparkle!

Finley is deep royal purple scattered holo:) She has a deep purple leaning blue almost jelly base and a massive amount of holo shimmer micro shards! She reminded me so much of Aurora, however Finley leans much more blue and Aurora leans much more pink! She is my total favorite in this collection, and is deep in competition with Aurora for my favorite Zoya ever!!!

Merida is a brilliant evergreen scattered holo! A blackened green squishy jelly like base with a ton of green holo micro shards:) She just shines so much like a christmas tree all lit up on your tips!!!

Ash is a deep cherry red metallic with a dramatic red and gold shimmer!!! She is a classic beauty with just a hint of sass:) She is a perfect pop of red to go with all of the browns and blacks I wear in the fall!!!

Britta is a rich berry with deep red and purple shimmers. She is flashy and subtle all at the same time. She is the quintessential fall nail color that looks great on everyone and perfect for the coming cooler weather!

Troy is the final polish in this collection. He is like liquid pewter with and edge:) With just a hint of black and gold he really stands out! He reminds me of Tris from the Flair collection but the finish os more of a foil with way more reflective shine!

All swatches are 2 coats with no top coat! The formula as always leaves nothing to be desired, it is perfect!!! Zoya totally rocked this whole collection! I can't wait for them to do more holos:) This collection is available now on Zoya.com for $10 per color or $60 for the collection:)

Zoya Urban Grunge Cremes

Urban Grunge, just the name makes me think 90's! Maybe its all in the name Grunge:) Anyway... Zoya's new fall collection is part one coat cremes and part metallic holos!!! Zoya always rocks the fall collection!!! I have all six cremes for you today:)
*press sample*
Here is Noah! He is a medium taupe/nude creme that has the perfect balance between grey and yellow! This is one of those colors that is a great neutral but doesn't really stand out, but I think for nail art, this would be a great starting off point!!

August a fabulously balanced gray:) He is like a cloud from a dark and stormy afternoon in fall! And as much as I love sunshine, sometimes a girl just needs a little rain and this will definitely fit the bill!

Courtney is my fave of the cremes!!! She is a deep and juicy beet red:) She is vampy, classic and totally gorgeous!!! She is so juicy You would think she was a jelly with all of the squishiness she exudes but nope she is a one coater:)

Tara is a dusty plum purple that I tried really hard to love! What is it about name association that sticks around for years!!! I knew a girl in high school named Tara that was a total ass, and ever since then I cringe every time I hear the name!!! I will say that this polish is pretty in her own right and as long as I don't look at the name I may use her.

Wyatt is a dusty racing green! He makes me daydream about driving through an English country-side in a little Aston Martin with nails that match my ride:)

Mallory is a deeply saturated prussian blue:) She is my second fav in this collection!  Mallory is like cookie monster blue, which makes me want cookies now... crap!!! She is a perfect bright blue for fall!!! *update-make sure you wear a good base with her she like to leave her mark*

This collection has me daydreaming about cooler weather, bonfires and smores!!! All of these beauties are available now from www.zoya.com for $10 per color or $60 for all!!! And always check Zoya's Facebook for specials and deals!!! (there is a great one going on right now)

China Glaze Rebel Part 2

Alright Dolls:) Are you ready for Part 2 of China Glaze Fall 2016 Rebel Collection???? Well here it is and it is beautiful!!! Sorry about the delay... My internet went down last night and just came back up:(
*press sample*
Ya'll Red-y for This? is a bright cherry red shimmer! She is a true and classic beauty perfect for fall. Her shimmer is an understated silver that just gives her that extra umph:) Here is 2 coats no top coat.

Heroine Chic is a brownish gunmetal gray that is jam packed with a dramatic red shimmer! She is definitely a unique beauty. She is the hardest polish to describe in this collection! Here is 2 coats with no topcoat!

Purple Fiction is a bright medium purple shimmer with slight lean toward pinkish/red.  She is spectacular and now you can totally see why purple is a royal color! Here is 2 coats with no topcoat!

Teen Spirit is an inky blue-black jelly type base with flecks of blue and purple shimmers!  He is tall, dark and mysterious:) I just love the depth of this polish!  Here is 2 coats with no topcoat.

Blue-Ya is a deep blue jelly base with blue and teal flaky micro shimmers. He is gorgeous and a total 10!!! The same captivating depth as Teen Spirit, just not as dark:) Here is 2 coats with no topcoat!

Holo at Ya Girl! is a menagerie of gold, silver and green glitter in a clear base.  She was the most disappointing in this collection, not because she isn't beautiful but because she isn't HOLO:( she is rather shiny though:) Here is 3 coats with no top coat.

So that is the end of the Rebel collection:) You can grab yours now at Sally's or Ulta for around $8 per color:) My favs from this collection are Pearl Jammin', Combat Blue-ts, Purple Fiction, and Teen Spirit:) The teenage me is in heaven right now and the adult me is pretty happy too!!!!

Zoya Sunsets Swatches and Review

Hi Dolls:) Well another school year has come and gone as today is my little man's last day of 2nd grade!!!! Which means summer at my house is getting ready to be in full swing:) and what better way to kick off the start of my summer with Zoya's Sunsets collection:) Zoya's new one coat cremes formulation is fantastic!  I did 2 coats just because my nails are ridgy and I prefer a smooth finish, but one coat seems to give full coverage. I also stamped over a white creme and a black creme to see how these would work with stamping:)
*press sample*
Dixie is a beautiful watermelon red:) She leans a little toward the coral side of things, but it is a nice twist on a classic color.  Stamping over white was fantastic, it truly makes the color POP! Stamping over black is just average, slightly sheer but it does work!

Brynn is a rich bright pink! A mix between bubblegum and hot pink is this beauty:) She is a summer standard pedi polish, just perfect for toes dipped in the sand:) Stamping over white is just as good as Dixie, over black she is a hot mess! Super sheer with barely even a tint of color:(

Ness is a true jade green, looking just like the stone is what this beauty does:) She has just a hint of blue that makes her easy to wear! Stamping over white is great, but doesn't really make her stand out. Stamping over black really makes this beauty sing though!

Cam is a nice bright tangerine orange!  This beauty just makes me think of fire orange sunsets and pumpkins:) Perfect for summer but also a great transition  color for fall:) Stamping over white is perfection, stamping over black is pretty good just a tad sheer!

Liv is a great medium purple! She is a beautiful orchid shade that is just a little dusty:) She stamped okay over white with just a little sheerness, and not so great over black... Just a little too sheer for me, but the tint is definitely there!

Dory is the last beauty in this collection:) She is a rich, bright cornflower blue! She is also my fav in this collection, you really can't beat a good blue!!!! I have a feeling that she will be as desired as the infamous original Pacific Blue by SH:) Stamping over white, while the transfer is good I kinda think it dulls out the richness of this color. Stamping over black is the same as white, it just doesn't do it for me!

Zoya, as always, did a great job with this collection!!! I would have really liked to see a yellow in this collection instead of Ness.  I just think a yellow would have rounded out the idea of a sunset better than green:) This collection is available on zoya.com for $10 per color or $60 for the collection:) Oh and in case you were wondering there is a coordinating lipstick with this collection too:) Here is Candy, a classic hot pink to brighten up your look:) I love the semi sheerness and shine of these lipsticks and the color really lasts!
