Black Flame Candle!!!

Today I get to show you Black Flame Candle  this is from Sunny's 365 Days of Color Hocus Pocus Collection!!!  You can see my review of BOOUK! here:)  So without further ado here is
 Black Flame Candle!!!

BFC is a black jelly polish with dark silver micro glitter that make it shimmer!!!! I am wearing 3 coats of BFC followed by a coat of SV and as you can see beauty!!!! 

  BFC has a slightly matte finish, but I think that adds charm to this polish:) The only complaint I have is I can never get a jelly polish even and streak free on the first coat!!! No matter how hard I try:(  Do you guys have any tips, or is it a lost cause:)

BOOUK!

Halloween is my third favorite holiday next to Christmas and My Birthday:)  And My favorite Halloween Movie is Hocus Pocus (yes, the kids movie). I am sooo not a blood and guts kinda girl!! So a couple of weeks ago Sunny @ 365 Days of Color announced that her Halloween line was based on this movie I almost had a cow!!!!  I was Lucky enough to score some minis of BOOUK! and Black Flame Candle  (which I will show you tomorrow)!

 

BOOUK! is a beige, shimmery, jelly polish filled with Mocha, Bronze and Gold Glitters:) WOW it is beautiful!!!! I layered 2 coats of BOOUK! over 2 coats of Essie Sand Tropez:)

I wanted to see the darker side to BOOUK! so I decided to see what it would do layered over black!!! and OH MY GOODNESS look at this yummy goodness!!!

BOOUK! turns black into a shimmery brown/grey and it is perfect for fall not just Halloween:)

Here is an Up Close & Personal Shot.  This polish applied like a dream.  Not streaky, even glitter distribution and quick dry time.

Got Glitter?

Got Glitter? is a mix of Teal, Lavender, Lime Green, and Silver holo glitters, it also has Silver holo stars and bar glitters... Here it is Layered over Julep Otto, a rich Camel Creme:)

 

 

Got Glitter? was the perfect top coat glitter, not too heavy and not too light:) and great over an array of colors:)  Here it is over Julep Morgan, a shimmery Purple:)

Muy Caliente!!!!

I have 2 fabulous polishes to show you!!!!! They are both by Glimmer by Erica.

 

First up is Muy Caliente!!!!

 

 

Wow!!!  This Polish is jammed packed with red, pink, orange, and yellow glitters in a clear base and it is hot hot hot!!   This Polish is an eye catcher!!! My hubby noticed it before I pointed it out, and that is almost unheard of in my house:)

 

I layered 2 coats of Muy Caliente over Sinful Colors Black.  This Polish is soo Gorgeous!!!! Just look at how it Pops right off the nail!!!!  The dry time was excellent on this polish,  and one coat of Gelous and a coat of SV and she was good to go!!!! Next I wanna share Don't be a Drag, Just be a Queen!!! 

 

This Polish is packed with Red Hearts, Silver Glitter and multiple sizes of Red Glitter.  I think this polish SCREAMS Valentines Day.  Don't you???

 

I layered 2 coats of Don't be a Drag, Just be a Queen over Sinful Colors Black.  I also layered it over Red and It looked phenomenal, but messed my mani all up before I took pictures. And  I am sooo not gonna show you my nails all jacked up, unless it is a complete fail of a mani.

Muddy Puddle

The name of this Polish just makes me smile!!!!

Muddy Puddle by Pretty Me Polish.

 

2 coats

 This Polish is a Baby Blue Jelly with Bronze/Brown Medium and Small Glitter. I was pleasantly surprised with this polish, most Jelly's are streaky on the first coat but even out after that.  However, this polish was smooth even with one coat:) and gorgeous!!!

See:) Look how bright this polish gets with three coats:) How gorgeous is the simplicity of this Color Combo!!!!

13th Colony!!!!

 
I have another fabulous Indie polish I wanna show you today:)  It's Darling Diva's 13th Colony:) Now this polish would look so great over an array of colors but I just got Julep Sophie and I couldn't resist.

13th Colony is a Glitter infusion full of blue, green, copper, and white hexes that has both matte and metallic glitters. I did a glitter gradient with a full coverage accent nail.

I have only great things to say about this polish.  This polish is Glitter packed!!!! It applied smooth and dried in a reasonable amount of time (approx 10 min). It was slightly topcoat hungry, but what glitter isn't.  After a coat of Gelous and SV it was good to go.

Dots make the world go round:)

So for this week's Pin it Thursday I used two colors I got in my Julep Maven It Girl Intro Box.  I used Julep Blake and Claire for this design and used Sinful Colors White On for an accent.  Here is the original Pin. 

 

I was Super surprised by Claire,  in the bottle she looks like a muted light blue, but once I put her on she just POPPED!!!! I added Blake on top with my large dotting tool(had to do 2 coats of the dots to get complete coverage). Then I added the white dots with my small dotting tool.

 

I ♥♥♥ the way this turned out!!!! and I was even more surprised that my hand was steady enough to not screw up the dots!!! Even on my Right Hand:)

My First Rainbow Honey!!!

OMGoodness!!! I got my very First Rainbow Honey!!!! I got Koi Pond in the Mail at the end of last week and I couldn't wait to put it on my nails!!!  I layered this beauty over Julep Sasha,  cantaloupe melon creme.  I wanted something bright but would still let Koi Pond stand out!!!

Koi Pond is a Glitter extravaganza of black, sliver, teal, blue, green, and coral glitter suspended in a clear base.  I only had to use one coat and as you can see perfect even coverage!!!

 

I got so many compliments on this polish, It's it beautiful!!!

 

Now like most glitters Koi Pond was top coat hungry, but a quick coat of Gelous took care of that:) The only complaint I have is the brush in the mini it doesn't come far enough off of the cap for my taste.  But Beyond that I ♥♥♥ this polish!!!!  Now to get your own Rainbow Polish ( you know you want too!!!)
